Bigg Boss OTT 3 makers have decided to bring a twist in the concept of Baharwala, also known as Janta Ka Agent. Till now, there was only one Baharwala in the house. July 16, episode of Bigg Boss saw that the makers have decided to select not one but three Baharwalas.
The three baharwalas decided by the makers in the Bigg Boss OTT 3 house are Ranvir Shorey, Vishal Pandey and the wildcard Adnaan Shaikh. These Baharwalas will have the power to make changes in the house of Bigg Boss, eliminate someone and also save someone.
Before Vishal, Adnaan and Ranvir were made the baharwalas, the position of baharwala was previously held by Lovekesh Kataria. Bigg Boss had already told the baharwala that they have to keep their position a secret. But due to some reasons, Vishal Pandey knew that Lovekesh was the baharwala. Bigg Boss makers called Vishal to the confession room and made him see a video clip where he knew Lovekesh was the baharwala. Bigg Boss then gave a strict punishment to Lovekesh as he broke the rule that nobody should know he is a baharwala. Bigg Boss announced to the entire house that Lovekesh was a baharwala and he will face eviction. They asked the contestants who would like to save Lovekesh from the eviction, only four contestants were in favor of Lovekesh. Bigg Boss then decided to let the audience vote for the saving or eliminating Lovekesh. Due to immense love and fan following for Lovekesh, he got saved by the votes of audience.
Bigg Boss OTT 3 premiered on 21 June, 2024. The show this season is not hosted by Salman Khan. He has been replaced by Anil Kapoor. The new host, Anil Kapoor, is having trouble filling the shoes of Salman as a host. The audience has given this season of Bigg Boss OTT lukewarm responses. For this reason, the makers have decided to extend the season only by one week. An insider information suggests that the grand finale of Bigg Boss OTT 3 will take place on 4th August, 2024 (Sunday).
The show started with 16 contestants, out of which five have been eliminated, and there has been one wildcard entry of Adnaan Shaikh. The elimiated contestants are Neeraj Goyat, Payal Malik, Poulomi Das, Munisha Khatwani and Chandrika Dixit Gera. The top 12 contestants are Vishal Pandey, Lovekesh Kataria, Adnaan Shaikh, Sana Makbul, Sana Sultan, Sai Ketan Rao, Shivani Kumari, Ranvir Shorey, Deepak Chaurasia, Naezy, Kritika Malik and Armaan Malik.
