This spy thriller movie, directed by Aditya Dhar, has now reached close to the Rs 900 crore club. The amazing thing is that Dhurandhar 2 is continuously doing double digit business from the first day. Although there has been a slight decline in the film’s collection on the 12th day, its hold at the box office has not slowed down. Know how many crores of total business ‘Dhurandhar 2’ has done in India till now.
Business of ‘Dhurandhar 2’ reaches close to Rs 900 crore
Till now the total collection of this film in India has reached 872.17 crores. With this it has left behind Yash’s blockbuster KGF Chapter 2 (859 crores). Not only this, the film has also defeated the lifetime collection of big films like ‘RRR’ (782.20 crores) and ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ (646 crores). The film’s success continues in the Hindi belt too, where it has crossed the earnings of Rs 812.14 crore of Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’. Even the performance of this film has been much better than the earning of Rs 141.5 crore in the second weekend of ‘Dhurandhar’.
Records of these blockbuster films are yet to be broken
There are still some big mountains left in front of this film of Ranbir Kapoor. It is yet to cross the figure of Rs 895 crore of Dhurandhar Part 1. Also, the records of films like SS Rajamouli’s ‘Bahubali 2: The Conclusion’ (1030 crores) and Allu Arjun’s Telugu blockbuster movie Pushpa 2: The Rise (1,234.10 crores) are still ahead of it.
What is the story of the film Dhurandhar?

The story revolves around an undercover Indian intelligence agent (Ranveer Singh) who infiltrates Lyari’s criminal syndicate and Pakistani politics to foil terrorist plots being hatched against India. The audience liked this detective avatar of Ranveer in the film very much. The story of Jaskirat Singh’s Rangi becoming Hamza Ali Mazari has been told in the sequel.
