The show, Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives is very controversial and received a lot of criticism from the netizens. The third season will not only show Bollywood wives hailing from Mumbai but will also feature three new faces of wives from Delhi. Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives will now be known as Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives Season 3.
Karan Johar while talking in an interview stated how the story and idea of Fabulous Lives Of Bollywood Wives began. He revealed that a tragedy planted an idea for the show featuring bollywood wives Maheep Kapoor, Bhavana Pandey, Seema Sajdeh and Neelam Kothari Soni. During an interview with Sucharita, Karan Johar said that he was shocked that four women were discussing their wardrobe for going to a funeral. At that moment, he thought about making a series with them.
Karan while talking about the origin of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives said, тАЬIt all started with me and the four women on our way to a funeral. We were on a flight, and they were literally discussing why they are wearing which kind of salwar kameez! Maheep was too blingy and she was trying to justify, the other was too sober. I was like, тАШSomeone has passed away, we are going to their funeral, and you are discussing your outfits?! Does anyone care!тАЩ I thought I had to make a show with these four women.тАЭ
Karan quoted, тАЬWhen people say, тАШWe were hating it but we couldnтАЩt stop watching it,тАЩ I am like job done! We have season three coming up and I know this is going to be the best season. I was watching it on my flight because they sent me the rushes and I was laughing so loudly! Everyone thought I was watching some comedy, but I couldnтАЩt believe these women, they are all so fantastic!тАЭ
The third season of the show is called Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives. This season, the show will feature three new faces apart from Bhavana Pandey, Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh and Neelam Kothari Soni. the new faces are Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, daughter of Rishi and Neetu Kapoor, Philanthropist Shalini Passi who is the wife of PASCO groupтАЩs chairman Sanjay Passi and the last one is entrepreneur Kalyani Saha Chawla is the ex wife of Vishal Chawla.
