Many Bigg Boss insider pages on Instagram and X (formerly known as Twitter) have reported that Sai Ketan Rao is the contestant that has been eliminated from Bigg Boss OTT 3 at the 5th position. It was already anticipated that Sai Ketan Rao will leave the Bigg Boss house at the fifth position. Due to his limited appearance in the show, the viewers were not impressed that led to lack of votes for him. When he first appeared on the show, he gave a good performance during the first two weeks. The viewers thought that Sai would at least be a part of top 3 judging his performance in the first two weeks. Gradually, Sai Ketan Rao became a shadow of Ranvir Shorey and Armaan Malik. The viewers then did not support him much.
Kritika Malik, reportedly, has been evicted with the 4th place in the Bigg Boss house. Kritika Malik did not play her game independently and was constantly dependent on Armaan. Many contestants claimed that Kritika used to only speak on topics that Armaan would suggest her. On the basis of polygamy, the viewers were already upset with Kritika and also with the Vishal-slap incident. This led to lack of votes for Kritika and her being evicted from the Bigg Boss OTT 3 at the fourth place.

The top 3 contestants of Bigg Boss OTT 3 are Sana Makbul, Ranvir Shorey and Naezy. It is being reported by certain Instagram and X pages that Ranvir Shorey will be on the third place, Naezy on second place and Sana Makbul will emerge as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 3.
The show started with sixteen contestants on June 21, 2024. There was also one wild card entry of Adnaan Shaikh. The total number of contestants featured in Bigg Boss OTT 3 are seventeen.
