The top five contestants of Bigg Boss OTT 3 were Sana Makbul, Naezy, Ranvir Shorey, Sai Ketan Rao and Kritika Malik. As the evening proceeded, Kritika Malik became the first contestant to get evicted at the number-5 position. Sai Ketan Rao’s eviction followed soon after. Sai became the number-4 contestant of Bigg Boss OTT 3. The top three contestants competing for the trophy were Ranvir Shorey, Naezy and Sana Makbul. Ranvir Shorey was announced the second runner-up of the Bigg Boss OTT 3.
There were lot of speculations on who would win amongst Naezy and Sana Makbul. They were having close voting numbers on the polls created by various Bigg Boss fan pages. While some felt Naezy did not deserve to be in the finale, others felt that his simplicity and honesty was the factor that should keep him in the finale. During the incident where Armaan slapped Vishal, only Naezy supported Vishal that what Armaan did was absolutely wrong. Things like these, where he took a strong stand made him deserving contestant of the finale. Though, Naezy did not win any prize money during the finale, he reportedly charged Rs. 1 lakh per week. This means that in the 6 weeks of Bigg Boss OTT 3, he earned Rs. 6 lakhs.
After a difficult journey of Sana Makbul, where she was constantly bashed by Bigg Boss and the host Anil Kapoor on every Weekend Ka Vaar episode, she finally emerges as the winner of the show. Sana used to say that if she did not win the title, she would be depressed and scarred for life. But now that will not be a problem for her as she has been awarded as the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 3. She took Rs. 25 lakhs as the prize money and the Bigg Boss OTT 3 trophy home.

Sana Makbul got emotional while Bigg Boss recited a speech for her. Bigg Boss said that Sana was targeted all the time by fellow contestants. Bigg Boss said that Sana was called ‘fake,’ ‘opportunist,’ ‘selfish,’ and ‘naagin’ by the contestants. Bigg Boss recalled that some friends left Sana’s side and some friends that were left were evicted one-by-one leaving her alone. Bigg Boss complimented Sana by saying, “If someone else would have been in place of her, they might have shattered. What kind of Sana would be there is she got shattered at that time?”
