Announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, HP’s next-generation premium business lineup is said to be designed for leaders facing rising expectations, heavier workloads, and an increasing reliance on AI tools.
The EliteBook X G2 portfolio spans multiple configurations to match different workstyles and performance needs. The EliteBook X G2q is powered by up to the latest Snapdragon X2 Elite processor. For graphically demanding AI workloads, the EliteBook X G2i features Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, while the EliteBook X G2a brings AMD Ryzen AI processors for faster AI performance across productivity and creative tasks.
All models are Copilot+ PCs, built to support AI-powered workflows with features like HP Smart Sense, which dynamically adjusts power, thermals, and system settings in real time. The lineup also includes the EliteBook X Flip G2i, offering flexible laptop, tent, tablet, and stand modes, along with an optional garaged pen for creation and collaboration on the go.
Security remains a core focus, with HP Wolf Security for Business delivering hardware-enforced, quantum-resistant protection below, in, and above the OS — designed to keep data secure even when devices are offline or used remotely. Despite packing enterprise-grade security and AI horsepower, the EliteBook X G2 Series prioritises mobility, with ultra-thin designs weighing under 1 kg, all-day battery life, and optional 3K Tandem OLED displays.
Available in Glacier Silver, Atmospheric Blue, and Eclipse Gray, the HP EliteBook X G2 Series will roll out in phases starting February, with wider availability across configurations in the coming months. Pricing will be announced closer to launch.
