The company said the collaboration brings two properties to the country – Dolce by Wyndham Goa and Dolce by Wyndham Udaipur.
The brand signing ceremony of both resorts also witnessed the launch of Wyndham Grand Jaipur Amer.
The company said the Dolce resorts will be developed under a unit sales model, with approximately 70% of units sold to individual investors and fully leased back into a managed rental pool, ensuring professional operations and long-term value creation.

Rahool Macarius, market managing director, Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts said with a focus on creating inspiring environments, Dolce properties combine ‘elegant’ design, ‘personalised’service, and ‘thoughtfully crafted’ experiences.
Yadav, said there will be investments of approximately Rs 600 crore over the next three years towards the projects.
He said the 5,000-room targets of Fine Acers will be achieved through asset-light partnerships and branded developments and strategic investor participation in high-growth leisure and experiential destinations.
“Presently, the work is going on almost eight projects across Jaipur, Udaipur, Goa, Pushkar Jawai, Coorg and Sakleshpur and is at different stages of construction,” he added.
