Divyanka Tripathi is one of the finest and the most popular television actress in the industry. She is also amongst the top paid actresses of television industry. She was best known for her role as Dr. Ishita in Star Plus’s daily soap drama, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. She has recently appeared in a thriller web series along with Eijaz Khan called Adrishyam – The invisible heroes.
Adrishyam is a thriller series which follows the lives of undercover agent Parvati (Divyanka Tripathi) and Ravi (Eijaz Khan). Their job is to track and neutralise terror attacks in India. For their families, they pose an identity of an employee in a meteorological department. The series is exclusively available on Sony Liv. The makers of the show have decided to come up with a season 2 of Adrishyam. While other there is no information about other cast members, Divyanka Tripathi has decided not to be a part of season 2.
Divyanka Tripathi has confirmed that she won’t be a part of Season 2 of Adrishyam series. Though, she did not give any specific reason, she said that she left the show on peaceful note.
While talking to ETimes TV, Divyanka Tripathi said, “It’s been a beautiful journey and a memorable one at that. Taking many memories along while I bid adieu to Adrishyam. Season 2 is a project I shall not be a part of sadly, and as we part ways amicably, I send a lot of love and support to entire cast and crew of the show.”
While she was a part of Adrishyam, Divyanka faced a major injury. She fell from a height and was rushed to the hospital. She had to undergo a major surgery as she broke two bones in her arms. Currently, Divyanka has recovered and she along with her husband Vivek Dahiya are on a trip to Switzerland.
